Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Developmental Behavior Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA Therapy Sessions: Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards and best practices.
  • Implement Intervention Plans: Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles and promoting optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Family Support and Communication: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Professional Development: Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification, ensuring that you remain up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
  • Education and Certification: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields. Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
