Job Summary:
The Senior Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in leading customer-facing engagements, focusing on fostering meaningful relationships to guarantee customer success and value realization within the digital marketing domain. This role entails strategic planning, advocating for customer needs, and driving adoption of client's solutions through innovative engagement strategies. Open to remote candidates, this position is ideal for individuals passionate about influencing digital experiences and working closely with high-profile clients to achieve their digital transformation goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive success plans for customers, including vision planning, health monitoring, and multi-solution adoption to ensure overall success with client's solutions.
  • Serve as the central customer liaison across the customer lifecycle, establishing clear success metrics and maintaining cohesive communication across all parties.
  • Network within client accounts to facilitate the successful execution of the customer's strategy and roadmap.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by coordinating with the right internal resources, proactively communicating, and aligning customer business goals with client's customer engagement model.
  • Drive product adoption and digital maturity by leveraging data insights and advocating for innovation that aligns with industry trends.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven success in Customer Success roles within the SaaS and Digital Marketing sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and consultation abilities to effectively manage client relationships and navigate conflicts.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to lead change across large organizations.
Industry Experience:
  • Extensive experience in the digital marketing and/or digital media domain, with an understanding of software solutions relevant to these fields.
