We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing HR team
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills and an ability to interface with employees at all levels. They are well organized, have a high level of attention to detail, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves in a tight-knit and fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, programs and processes; submit employee help tickets as needed
- Maintain employee personnel records and process transactional information such as pay, department, manager and title changes according to standard operating procedures
- Assist with writing and sending manager and employee-facing communications
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes run seamlessly
- Conduct new hire check-ins and exit interviews
- Pull HRIS reports to analyze and update relevant data
- Partner with the HR Operations and other internal teams on projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of related HR experience
- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations
- Understanding of HR regulations and policy administration
- Strong client-service focus, responsiveness and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functions
- Proficiency in notetaking and ability to help with delicate performance management and employee relation situations
- Some experience with HR systems, such as Workday is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; leverage strong time management and organizational skills
- High degree of personal integrity and maturity including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
