**Description**
The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for answering telephones, greeting residents and visitors, assisting residents and guests into an out of their vehicles, monitoring the security CCTV system, and other duties as required. Applicants must have a valid drivers' license, ability to walk long distances and lift at least 50 pounds, have the capacity to clearly communicate to all levels of residents and staff, possess organizational skills to prioritize daily work, and operate in a busy, fast paced environment.
Other duties may include:
-When a vehicle arrives, meet and greet the owners or guests. Open the door, hold the umbrella if
necessary, carry packages, call the porter as needed, etc. Assist in any way possible. Always be polite and courteous.
-Prevent any back-up of vehicles in the front driveway by monitoring cars.
-Answer all incoming phone calls to the building as well as check any voicemail messages.
-Contact the Garage Attendant to pick-up or deliver resident vehicles as requested. No vehicles
are to be called for or given to anyone except the owner without written permission from the owner.
-All guests are to be announced before they proceed to the individual unit. Visitors must sign the
registration book at the entrance. Push button behind the desk to allow the elevator to go to the floor requested.
-Monitor the security CCTV System.
-Provide entry to authorized persons only via the lobby and back service entrance. Contact a
porter to assist with deliveries at the back service entrance. Use monitors to properly identify people using the service entrance before remotely unlocking the door.
-Upon arrival for your shift, check that all keys are accounted for.
