Role
As a Field Service Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Electromechanical Equipment Specialist), you'll be responsible for providing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair services to a variety of electromechanical equipment. This role involves significant travel (90%) and offers a direct hire opportunity with a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule.
Benefits
  • Competitive pay rate of $35+/hour.
  • Reimbursement for mileage and gas.
  • No weekend work.
Qualifications
  • Experience in troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemen's, Festo).
  • Experience with calibration of different machinery (medical, scientific, robotics, electromechanical, or computer).
  • Field service experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting skills, electrical troubleshooting skills, industrial robot programming, and PLC programming.
  • Engineering degree and blueprint reading skills.
  • Experience with materials testing equipment (preferred but not required).
