As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing ZwickRoell systems at customer sites. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and repair ZwickRoell systems at customer sites
  • Calibrate equipment to relevant standards and procedures
  • Use and train customers on the latest test methods
  • Evaluate test results for reasonableness
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and other personnel
  • Maintain all ZwickRoell tools and parts in good operating condition
  • Cooperate with the Service Scheduler to achieve timely and cost-effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Meet requirements for accreditation as defined by A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025
  • Prior experience with universal destructive testing machines and extensometers highly desired
  • Technical metrology or prior calibration experience highly desired
