Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for the assigned territory and devise a comprehensive sales strategy.
Propel sales growth by actively prospecting, securing new clientele, and fostering existing relationships.
Spearhead the recruitment process to assemble a high-caliber, motivated sales team.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, enhancing their sales prowess and product expertise.
Establish sales objectives, monitor performance metrics, and offer continuous guidance and support.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational fluidity and customer contentment.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass sales targets and drive business expansion.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude for motivating and empowering teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
This position is commission-only
Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and nurturing sales professionals.
