We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patients dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Grants Pass, OR.

Schedule:

  • Monday 2:30 pm- 5:15pm
  • Tuesday 2:30 pm- 5:15pm
  • Wednesday 2:30 pm- 5:15pm
  • Thursday 8:15 am - 5:15pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:

The Front Office Coordinator should

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
  • Develop productive schedules.
  • Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
  • Manage patient documents and records.
  • Process and complete claim forms.
  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.


Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in similar roles
  • Experience with Dentrix required
  • Strong knowledge of Dental operations
  • Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
