Now recruiting on behalf of $5-10B+ industry leading distribution company in the Southeast US for an experienced Senior Director of Corporate FP&A. The Senior Director of FP&A will be responsible for Corporate FP&A leadership with a team of 7-9 staff. This role will include: financial reporting, executive leadership presentations, mentoring and developing staff, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, scenario based analysis, Cap Ex analysis, M&A support, and supporting ongoing transformation in structure and financial systems.

The right candidate for this Senior Director of Corporate FP&A role will have:
  • MBA - top tier graduate program
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred
  • 10-12+ years of progressive experience, including numerous years of leadership experience
  • Experience serving in Corporate FP&A senior leadership level within a $5 billion+ sized organization
  • Track record of working in organizations through periods of change / transformation
  • Strong systems and digital experience, with a proven ability to help maximize new technology tools
  • Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of managing and driving change in highly matrixed organization
  • Preference given to those in the distribution, CPG, or similar sectors.
  • Track record of job stability and career progression

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
