Role Overview:
Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a driven, results-oriented Agency Recruiter to join our regional team based in Evanston, IL. This full-desk role demands a dedicated professional capable of managing a high volume of contingent placements across the AEC & MEP industries. The ideal candidate will excel in business development, account management, and candidate sourcing, building a substantial book of business within their assigned region.

Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Actively pursue new client relationships, expanding our reach and establishing a strong presence within the regional AEC & MEP markets.
Account Management:

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with precision and efficiency, fostering long-term partnerships.
Candidate Sourcing:

Implement dynamic sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top talent, managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
Regional Collaboration:

Work closely with the regional team to achieve collective goals, share market insights, and contribute to the overall success of Diamond Peak Recruiting.
Book of Business:

Build and manage a robust book of business, consistently meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs related to client acquisition and candidate placements.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a full-desk recruitment role, preferably within the AEC & MEP industries.
Demonstrated ability in handling high-volume, contingent placements with a track record of success in business development and account management.
Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
