The Role:

We are seeking a Recruiting Account Manager with a proven track record in running a full desk within a recruiting agency. This role demands a blend of talent for new business development, account management, and hands-on sourcing. As part of our regional team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the AEC & MEP industries, ensuring we place top talent in roles where they can truly shine.

 

Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new client relationships, expanding our footprint within the regional market.

- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all communications and negotiations, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

- Candidate Sourcing: Strategically source, screen, and place candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the regional team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that enhance business growth and candidate placement success.

- Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the AEC & MEP industries to provide insightful, consultative support to both clients and candidates.

 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of full-desk recruiting experience, preferably within the AEC & MEP industries.

- Demonstrated success in new business development and account management.

- Strong ability to source and place candidates in a competitive market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, remote environment.
