We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team in our Evanston, IL office.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Recruiting Manager to join Diamond Peak Recruiting. This individual will play a critical role as a "player/coach," responsible for business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and mentoring junior recruiters. Partnering with a top performer, the Recruiting Manager will help build out a new regional team in our Evanston, IL office. This position is 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business development targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

2. Account Management: - Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and meeting their hiring goals.

3. Candidate Sourcing: - Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, all major job databases, internal ATS system, social media, and networking events. - Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to match them with appropriate job opportunities. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.

4. Team Management and Mentorship: - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. - Develop training programs and resources to enhance the skills and performance of the recruitment team. - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

5. Market Research and Analysis: - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and business development efforts.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within an agency setting, with a focus on the construction industry. - Strong business development and sales skills with a track record of achieving targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
