Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management. Collaborate with colleagues across various functions to identify and prioritize financial goals, ensuring successful implementation of key initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their continuous growth and development. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. CPA certification highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record of successfully managing accounting operations and leading a team. Solid understanding of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Tight-knit collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key drivers of financial performance, particularly in a manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP, Hyperion or similar ERP system. Self-starter with the ability to formulate out of the box ideas. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leaders toward a common goal of achieving business objectives.
