SUMMARY:

As a Vendor Management Specialist, you will use Tandem software to ensure vendor compliance, add new vendors, monitor deadlines, update documents annually, and assist with audits. You will also provide support to field teams and assign vendors to departments for oversight.

Please note this is for an in-office role based out of our Brookfield, WI corporate office. You will have the opportunity to work remotely one day per week (Friday).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in Tandem software to facilitate the full compliance aspect of vendor management
  • Adding new vendors into the vendor management system
  • Provide timely and accurate service to the field and follow up on required documentation.
  • Monitoring due dates to pull compliance reports for various vendors.
  • Updating documents within Tandem as documents are renewed annually.
  • Assigning vendors to corporate departments so the department leaders can provide oversight and reviews
  • Managing policy updates
  • Preparing and facilitating internal and external audits on vendor management topics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Helpful to have experience with Tandem
  • Ability to quickly adapt and take on new challenges
  • Eagerness to work in the fast-paced mortgage industry
  • Ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent- required
