Pentair Management Company is seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to join our Second Shift team at our Brookfield facility.
Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled assembly operations specialists to fill 20 newly created positions. As a member of our production team, you will work alongside colleagues to achieve daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stand and walk for 8-10 hours at a time, with frequent twisting from the waist
- Assemble products from prints and drawings, using power and hand tools
- Follow ergonomically correct postures for bending, lifting, and pushing and pulling
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience training others in a similar setting
- Ability to use structured problem-solving processes
- Knowledge of Lean or Process Improvement methods and tools
- Exceptional communication skills and critical thinking
