Responsibilities

Provide an outstanding customer experience, from start to finish through their ordering experience

Consult with customers and internal production team through the art process from setting up their logo through final production

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by consulting and finding the right solutions

Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Manage customer communication in a timely manner and ensure order is flowing within our stated lead times

Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS system

Support customer needs through effective use of order management software and internal communication

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer support or sales role

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively

Organized and strong attention to detail

Familiar with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

Ability to swiftly move between multiple programs

Highly reliable and punctual

Flexible and adaptable to change

Comfortable working in a start-up environment

Driven and eager to learn and grow your career
