ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Monitors & supports assigned accounts, including understand scope and contractual terms of each assigned account and providing a weekly update to SVP, CSO and direct manager on all activities of the accounts
  • Develops and executes a Key Account Annual Business Plan for all clients that fall into team portfolio, including SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, new business and retention opportunities and strategic client initiatives
  • Executes the commercial duties for each opportunity with assigned pod/team, clients in the Customer Centricity matrix, including leading the development of the solution, RFP response and value proposition

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of

education

Knowledge of global supply chain management

Contract logistics and transportation management operations preferred

Proven Ability to negotiate profitable partner relationships in a 3PL environment with tier 1

customers

Proven Strong Financial acumen
