Customer Service / Data Entry Openings ($18-19/hr)
About The Opening
Pay rate of $18-19/hr.
Remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities
Receive and process inbound faxes from providers.
Verify and complete missing prescription information.
Enter data accurately into the database.
Handle inbound calls for prescription details.
Potentially assist in training new associates.
Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry or related positions.
Capability to maintain a private and quiet remote workspace.
Reliable access to a strong and stable hard-wired internet connection.
Strong computer skills, including database navigation and multitasking.
Effective communication skills to clearly articulate computer-related experience.
