About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide personalized service to our customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and demonstrating the use of our mobile app and ATMs.
  • Provide Financial Solutions: Offer personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals, connecting them with our Bankers for further assistance as needed.
  • Meet Referral Goals: Meet quarterly referral goals by identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to customers.

Requirements
  • High School Degree or Equivalent: A high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Experience: A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong listening and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to effectively ask questions, identify needs, and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach is necessary to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs.
  • Digital Technology Comfort: Comfortable using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
  • Availability: Ability to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
