HR Coordinator/Recruiter SHIFT: Full-time, Days STARTING RATE: $20.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour depending on experience. BENEFITS: * Weekly Paychecks * Referral Bonuses * Flexible Schedules * Peer Mentorship Job Description: An HR Coordinator/Recruiter will be actively involved with the facility and community, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company's growth. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills. Responsibilities: * Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process * Support the HR Director with the full cycle hiring process * Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard * Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals * Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings) * Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates Qualifications * Work experience as an in-house Recruiter is preferred * Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment * Hands-on experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems * Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews) * Understanding of HR practices * Exceptional communication skills ABOUT US: Absolut Care is comprised of five skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living facility in New York State, including: Absolut Care of Allegany in Allegany, Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, Absolut Care of Gasport in Gasport, Absolut Care of Orchard Brooke in Orchard Park, Absolut Care of Three Rivers in Painted Post and Absolut Care of Westfield in Westfield.
