Job DescriptionJob DescriptionZing Recruiting, in partnership with an established flavor and fragrance manufacturer in the East Hanover, NJ area is on the search for a HR Coordinator/Generalist to join their team on a 6-month contract This is an immediate opening for candidates eager to expand their skillset within HR support and coordination.
HR Coordinator/Generalist Job Summary:
  • Pay rate: $30-33/hr
  • Onboarding and all associated processes associated; provide new hire orientation, including providing day 1 paperwork, I-9 completion, etc.
  • Provide support to the HR function, management and employees, supporting day to day HR admin activities and support on ad hoc projects.
  • Provide advice based on sound understanding of organization’s policies, processes and practices- with guidance.
  • Serve as a first contact point for employees, managers and external contacts to provide information, follow-up and/or proactively refer people to appropriate resource.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and various cross functional HR partners, is a key contact for internal employees and functions.
  • Other tasks as requested by management.
HR Coordinator /Generalist Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Proficient in using Google platform, knowledge Microsoft Office Suite helpful
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience with I-9 compliance and process provide HR support to the North America HR team of Givaudan Fragrance and Beauty
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
