Responsibilities Include: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers in navigating products/services and provide accurate information. Resolve product or service-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
