Design, update and lead the implementation of policies, processes, controls, and standards for product/s related to but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Security, Access Management, Log Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Backup/Restoration etc. Automate Everything The reduction of manual, repeatable system processes to reduce support efforts is paramount. Work with distributed teams to ensure that application services are properly instrumented to be reliably monitored and debugged Develop deep expertise on cloud-native architecture Keep up with industry best practices, trends, and standards and identifies automation opportunities, design, and develop automation solutions that improve operations, efficiency, security, and visibility. Document and maintain procedures and system configurations for use in ongoing support and future efforts that require modifications or upgrades to the infrastructure Driving the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices Manage the delivery of product roadmap, approval of projects, cost /spend planning against budgets, and work breakdown structure for all the projects. Establish and communicate goals and objectives, define methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describe roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel Create operations manuals and guidelines for product support and management Minimum Job Qualifications:

Experience managing technology products Must possess hands-on experience in designing for both small and large-scale solutions with an emphasis on continuous delivery and cloud-native architectures. At least 8+ years of professional software development or a software engineering role 5+ years leading software and/ or infrastructure engineers or similar skillsets with demonstrated experience of building, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications in any public cloud (Azure Preferred). Expertise in developing performant and secure JavaScript applications especially using ReactJS Experience with Redux and TypeScript and/or Flow Experience in building stateful single-page applications using HTTP/JSON APIs, WebSockets, Web Workers, and client-side storage Experience building and packaging mobile apps (iOS/Android) with React Native Experience working with a wide variety of third-party platforms, frameworks, and libraries Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including workflows and ceremonies Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

Familiarity with Test Automation tools and frameworks Part of an agile development team and favor open communication, constant feedback and short decision paths Comfortable writing complex scripts/services that pull and manipulate data from heterogeneous data sources; REST APIs, databases, flat files, etc. Experience in cloud application deployment automation patterns and various scripting languages and also in automation patterns targeting various languages. Owning the implementation of generic common component/service aspects of pipelines, which may include applications, infrastructure, security and/or database strategies Had experience in managing teams across geographies, direct or indirectly and managing cost /spend against budget. Leadership, influencing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous performance improvements with the stakeholders, vendors, and technology subject matter specialists. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with both internal and external customers. Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines. Ability to operate with little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments. Creative problem-solving skills.
