Provides information over the telephone regarding referrals, registration for activities, etc.2. Assists with classes/programs, as well as arranges for class instructors and Bingo callers.3. Accounts for money earned and makes deposits to appropriate accounts as needed.4. Assists with fund-raising activities for center.5. Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements,and educational/ certification/ registry requirements.6. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:1. Ability to work effectively with seniors. This includes being skilled in computers to assistseniors online with infonnation and referral needs.2. Ability to work as a team member, model open communication, fair and equitable treatment, andmanage conflicts.3. Experience in effectively utilizing community resources.4. Must have reliable transportation, valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agencyrequirements for driving insurability if applicable.5. Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal back ground check (Ohio Bureau ofCriminal Identification & Investigation).RequirementsMINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent. Computer skillsincluding word, and excel.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with senior citizens preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lifting up to 25 pounds of equipment and supplies.
