About the RoleAs a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating ESRD patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities- Coordinate ESRD patient care and services
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being
- Work closely with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months of dialysis experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA
