www.glanbia.com Job Summary Responsible for consolidating and reporting for global Product Supply function and for reporting on GPN’s continuous improvement program. Essential Functions Duties and Responsibilities Description % of Time Spent •

Efficient and accurate reporting. Ensure that reports are accurate and information provided to the leadership team can be counted on. Continuous improvement mindset to always be looking for ways to make processes and reports more efficient. •

Build reports to support the Product Supply Finance team Monthly MBR’s Know the details but summarize in a digestible manner for the leadership team. Ad-hoc analysis and presentations •

Forecasting and budgeting Partner with the rest of the Product Supply and Product Supply Finance teams to consolidate data and build forecast presentations. Completion of forecast deliverable files. Maintain rolling forecasts and up to date R&O’s. Monitor actual and projected spend thru monthly reports and quarterly CapEx reviews. Monthly reporting for CI program. Help ensure accuracy of savings by validating project assumptions. •

Analyze and review reports with management. Analyze reports, identify trends and variances, and share insights with management team. Business Partnering Work closely with the rest of the Finance team. Partner with the Product Supply team to tell a clear story and to reduce cost.
