The Opportunity

Responsible for consolidating and reporting for GPN Americas and managing the budget and forecasting process. Role reports into Americas Reporting Manager.

Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and sensitivity analysis, to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making Partner in the preparation and analysis of month-end financial presentations. Highlight key financial performance indicators and variances to budget or forecast and work with wider team to articulate key commentary on performance in the month. Identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency around what and how we report monthly KPI’s and performance. Challenge & where necessary change current processes to further add value to aid better decision making by leadership. Compile weekly consumption report in preparation for weekly review with Americas finance team. Work with cross-functional partners to ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting. Aid in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives. Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to provide financial insights and support reporting requests as and when needed. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as required to support business decisions and initiatives. Work in SAC tool and run ad hoc reporting to support the forecasting and budgeting process.

The Skills you will bring to the team Bachelor's Degree: Finance or Accounting Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and management. Technical Skills Financial Modeling: Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others. ERP Systems: Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making. Strong problem-solving skills to identify financial issues and develop solutions. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
