for the 2024-2025 school year. Position Title:

Warehouse Manager/Costume Designer Reports To:

Director of Arts Seasonal/Part-Time/Stipend PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES. Essential job functions may include, but are not limited to: Document, record and combine all props, costumes and set pieces in a database. Organize all props, costumes and set pieces by period. Monitor costume and prop check out system. Clean and refile all costumes, props and set pieces. Prepare and attend design meetings for each show. Assist technical director with inventory status. Monitor warehouse key check out/return. Research upper school and middle school shows for period props and costumes. Design costumes for each show. Work with parent volunteers and student crew for productions. Research and monitor the need for future rental possibilities. Other duties as assigned. CANDIDATE SUMMARY. We seek the following in qualified candidates: A strong Christian testimony and a calling to serve as a positive Christian role model to our students and families. A heart to provide exceptional customer service to all members of the community. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Proficiency in technology, including Google Workspace. A desire to be a dedicated and loyal team member supporting all school-level activities and school-wide initiatives. A desire to build relationships and promote a culture that reflects the school’s mission and values. A responsible steward of the school’s resources and commitment to support the school’s fundraising efforts as able. Prior knowledge of Second Baptist Church and School is considered a plus.
