About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Solutions Design Engineer to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our logistics engineering team, you will be responsible for providing professional logistics and transportation engineering functions, collecting and analyzing data, recommending solutions, and assisting with developing reports and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and analyze logistic and operational system data, applying professional logistics and transportation engineering principles and practices.
  • Recommend solutions or changes to current or proposed system operations to ensure efficient results, with a focus on smaller-scale projects.
  • Assist with developing cost models, assumptions, and risks for projects, and independently perform these tasks once fully trained and for projects under control.
  • Assist with developing project, improvement, or current/future state proposals or presentations for customers or management, providing information and developing reports as required.
  • Develop or recommend standard operating procedures, work instructions, and related materials, ensuring processes and operations comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist with related safety, quality, environmental, and other needs as requested or required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent education and experience; Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of related experience, with knowledge of fundamental professional industrial engineering principles and practices.
  • Understanding of applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to the area of assignment.
  • Experience in Warehouse Design solutions is required.
