Hands on requirements include:
Assisting with the unloading of the semi-trailers at least once a week and routine lifting is part of the job.

Classification Requirements

Probation period of 90 working days
At the conclusion of the probation period, employees shall be reviewed and notified if permanent status is to be awarded.

The job requirements are listed below and are not limited to the following;
  • Manage warehouse material and supplies and supervise warehouse personnel
  • Verify incoming warehouse shipments with Branch Manager
  • Submit warehouse shipment invoices to corporate
  • Perform warehouse inventory counts
  • Oversee and enforce proper warehouse production
  • Window installation
  • Door insulation
  • Ensure daily warehouse production deadlines are met
  • Oversee and enforce proper installer material loading and unloading
  • Oversee and enforce proper material shipment unloading
  • Ensure the proper execution of material transfers
  • Maintain warehouse organization
  • Material placement
  • General cleanliness
  • Communicate warehouse inventory shortages, personnel and production problems to Manager
  • Manage temporary workers
  • Staff level
  • Supervise warehouse workers
  • Work assignment
  • Perform weekly inventory counts
  • Review counts with Branch Manager
  • Identify pending shortages
  • Submit counts to corporate
  • Interface with Branch Associates to determine daily warehouse production needs
  • Monitor, enforce, and assure warehouse safety issues
  • Inform Branch Manager of unresolved warehouse safety issues
  • Inform Branch Manager of employee safety violations
