Job Summary:
As a Desktop Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers and proactively identifying their needs.
You'll work to create the ideal experience that any customer would seek to encounter.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
  • Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.
  • Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
  • Supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus

Qualifications:
  • Drug-screen and Background screening
  • 2-3 years of related work experience, or degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge.
