Sr Manager, Corporate FP&A Specific Accountabilities: Led/support budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and variance analysis Lead implementation & full ownership of end to end FP&A reporting packages including but not limited to BOD, Executive Committee, Markets, others. Serve as a finance partner providing financial insights to management as it relates to long term risks, opportunities, and investments Act as a valuable business partner by developing strong relationships with different corporate and market functions and building trust Support Tax planning, forecasting, and variance analysis Own Non-Op planning as well as restructuring costs/savings management and tracking Own FP&A global communication, guidance, and calendar BE FLEXIBLE to potential changes in scope within FP&A Lead, coach, and develop direct report(s) Education and Experience: An MBA or CFA is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting 7+ years of corporate finance experience. Previous management experience with the ability to develop direct reports and collaborate with a team Special Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong management, leadership, and business partnering skills Strong technical knowledge of Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis Ability to interact and influence others
