This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence business direction. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, develop forecasts, perform variance analysis, and contribute to the budgeting process.Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and forecasts.Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.Conduct budgeting activities and prepare financial reports for senior management.Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.Analyze and validate financial data, ensuring integrity and accuracy.Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnershipsAssist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing financial planning and analysis processes.RequirementsProven experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnershipsMust be a highly self-motivated team player with a keen attention to detailProject management skills, from initial idea through executionWell organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlinesStrong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectivelyStrong quantitative, analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyPrior experience in Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry is preferredBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life InsuranceUnlimited Paid Time Off9 paid HolidaysFamily LeaveHybridFree Food & Snacks at Orlando officeWellness Resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
