The basic function of the Senior Project Manager is to oversee the administration,

and coordination of the functions of the field supervisory personnel and subcontractors of the operations divisio

is to make every effort to maximize profit and control cost to ensure stability and future growth within the division. The Sr. Project Manager is the primary interface between Ajax and the Architect, Engineer and Owner. The Sr. Project Manager reports to

n Management

, Civil Engineering or related field and 6 years construction management experience. Licensing / Re

istration / Certification Preferred: General Contractors License Experience Required: 6 or more years of construction manag

ement experience. Preferred: 10 or more years of construction management experience. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Position

. Audit jobsite

for efficiency and accuracy. Act as company representative in negotiations with the owners. Approve a

l overtime hours above a 10% limit over budget to meet the

needs

of the department. Approve all contract agreements and cost of all outside repairs of equipment assigned to the department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review
