+ Providing training to Pediatric Physicians Organization at Childrens (PPOC) Internal Staff and Practice Staff in the PPOC licensed Epic applications. Presents information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as virtual or classroom training, and group webinars via Zoom.

+ Serves as the subject matter expert in the Epic application in which they are currently certified.

+ Responsible for build and updating the training environments (MST, REF, PREP, ACEs, PLY, EXAM).

+ Collaborates with the PPOC Departments to create plans for all course delivery in Epic.

+ Participates with PPOC Departments to research and create new training courses and materials consisting of audio, visual, and presentation media. Writes, designs and presents courses to meet organizations needs. Creates, updates, and maintains training materials.

+ Oversees the PPOCs e-learning platform, works with the e-learning vendor, publishes new courses and provides metrics on usage.

+ Develops individual practice training plans and customization of these plans based on the practice workflow analysis. Evaluates existing workflows for practices in order to provide them with guidance on how to optimize their workflow by using Epic more effectively and efficiently

+ Oversees development of individualized Epic Training for practices in collaboration with PPOC Practice Consultants.

+ Serves as an Epic Principal Trainer for PPOC Initiatives. Mentors staff throughout the organization in platform and facilitation skills in a train-the-trainer model. Monitors evaluation data and makes program improvements as appropriate.

+ Assists with monitoring Service Desk Support Tickets and keeps communication with practices on issues.

+ Provides direct support to end users by responding to Service Desk calls.

+ Provides onsite, at the elbow support, for new practices going live on Epic.

In order to qualify, you must have:

+ Two to five years of previous Epic Training experience and experience building a training environment. Demonstrated ability to successfully apply adult learning principles preferred.

+ Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years of Epic training experience or adult education.

+ Epic Application Certification EpicCare Ambulatory certification

+ Epic Training Environment Build

+ Analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of clinical, scientific or technical principles, theories and concepts and in depth, cross functional experienced based knowledge.

+ Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions, or well developed writing skills.

+ Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles.

+ Critical thinking and strong attention to detail skills.

+ Knowledge and understand of, and the ability to analyze and evaluate clinical or administrative workflows.
