Job Description:

The Large Loss Team Manager will be responsible for all construction project processes and coordination. The position is responsible for project success from administrative activities to performance and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all communication between SERVPRO, Client, and Customer
  • Effectively manage a team
  • Ensure quality of service from all personnel on site
  • Establish scope of work and project budget to ensure profitability
  • Keep job file records and submit necessary paperwork on schedule
  • Knowledge and ability to conduct safety meetings
  • Ensure customer and insurance adjuster satisfaction throughout project
  • Thorough understanding of restoration project and work flow
  • Ability to effectively communicate project status updates with SERVPRO management
  • Train, manage, and recruit quality team members
  • Ability to create project schedules and produce the project within given timelines

Requirements:

  • 2 years of previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
  • 2 years of previous construction project manager experience
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Advanced math skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team Player
  • Clean driving record

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings)
  • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
