**Title:** Assistant, Administrative- Customer Service

**Location:** United States-Kansas-Wellington

**Job Number:** 16449

Performs general administrative duties to support all areas of Customer Service.

+ Assisting customers by phone, email or chat

+ Reviewing orders for accuracy, emailing customer status of quotes, exchanges, dates and scanning

+ Handling complaints Managing customer complaints to the correct CSR to improve customer satisfaction.Helping customers resolve problems or directing them to the right channels for solutions.

+ Order incoming/delivery Providing receipt of order and shipment details to the customer, assist with end user forms, shipping instructions, payment inquiries and commercial invoices.

+ Assist in monitoring customer accounts- due dates, exchange opportunities, missed TAT, status reports, working directly with the shop technicians, stock room and other departments as needed.

+ Running CQ Reports from ERP system

+ Other duties as required
