Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Property Administrator to join our team at a prestigious property management company in Wellington. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 employees, managing association operations, and ensuring the overall success of the property. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising on-site staff, including an assistant property manager, administrative assistant, and maintenance employees.
  • Managing association finances, including preparing monthly financial reports and reviewing budgeted guidelines.
  • Soliciting bids for contracts and large improvements, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Monitoring potential liability risks and following safety procedures.
  • Handling after-hours emergency calls and resolving resident issues promptly.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid Florida LCAM license issued by DBPR.
  • At least five years' licensed community association manager experience.
  • Experience managing a large-scale community association.
  • A valid Florida driver's license with proof of auto insurance.
