We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager with experience working in the finished oil and lubricants field to join our team. If you are an authentic leader that shows humility and teamwork when leading your team, we may have an opportunity for you Do have a strong understanding of multiple sales strategies with a passion to teach and develop others? Do you find yourself displaying the drive to pursue excellence, while maintaining a strong composure? Are you an analytical thinker that develops workable solutions to a problem? You will find a great balance of strategic sales development, managing a team of strong account managers, and relationship building with prospective customers in this role. Some of the responsibilities will include: Developing a sales strategy for all current territories with new targeted markets. Coaching, Developing, and Managing the team of Account Managers. Boost customer engagement and upsell products. Demonstrate the Core Values of Rainbo Oil. Maintain a strong understanding of industry knowledge and trends.
