has an opening for a

Major Accounts Manager

in our OEI Government Division covering the Northeast region. This territory includes the states of New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maryland and Virginia. This position can be based out of our Corporate Office in Green Bay or remotely within the territory. This position requires travel up to 40% through the territory.

In this position, you are responsible for introducing furniture solutions to State Correctional Industry programs in getting product introduced and specified. You will market several lines of systems and modular furniture to these state agencies throughout your assigned territory. OEI also offers its customers a full array of filing, storage systems, tables and seating solutions. In addition to managing projects from sale to through installation completion, you will provide product training, assist on end user sales calls, provide factory support, and participate in new product first time installations.

We are looking for someone that has strong technical and project management skills with previous experience in a sales or account manager role. You must be able to build strong and trusting relationships with our customers, possess solid communication skill and have a strong mechanical aptitude. Experience in CAD is a plus
