Our client, a well-established and nationally recognized search and staffing firm specializing in engineering services and solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will drive business growth by promoting staffing and search services across various engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, staying informed about engineering trends and competitor activities.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition to both new and existing customers.
  • Meet with clients and foster strong relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Leverage your expertise in search and staffing to identify new job openings and business opportunities in industrial, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and department heads to achieve common goals.
  • Regularly report on successes and progress.
  • Utilize various systems to accurately enter and manage information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. An Associate's degree will also be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in engineering recruitment and sales services. Experience with positions such as project, construction, mechanical, and electrical engineers is preferred.
  • Proficient in lifecycle recruitment processes.
  • Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other platforms to generate leads.
  • Experience attending and networking at trade shows and conferences.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Competent in using systems for data entry and information management.
