This role will partner with teams across the company by supporting all research projects and studies from inception to completion. This role reports to the Consumer Markets Insights Manager. What You'll Do: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary. Manages and leads a community of highly engaged alpha and beta testers Owns and manages all aspects of the ongoing Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction programs, from structuring the survey, responding to customers, analyzing the data, and reporting insights to stakeholders Synthesizes existing and new data sources to track and report the market size of the pet tech industry (i.e., smart litter boxes, automatic feeders, water robots) Develops and leads various new research projects to support new products, experiences, and marketing activities.
