The HR Service Desk Representative serves as the primary point of contact for employees and HR-related inquiries. Reporting to the HR Service Desk Manager, this role involves providing support, information, and assistance on various HR topics, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient query resolution.

What you'll do

  • Receive and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees through various communication channels, including phone, ticketing, and chat.
  • Guide employees through HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and personalized information on HR policies, procedures, services, and technology.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to address and escalate complex or specialized inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee inquiries and case details in the HR service desk system.
  • Collaborate with the HR Service Desk Manager to identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
  • Provide feedback on frequently asked questions and recommend updates to HR knowledge resources.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
