This exciting role requires a proactive and engaged HR professional who thrives in a "do-er" culture, can manage day-to-day HR tasks, and provide strong leadership and support to our team.

Worksite Location:

Minneapolis, MN–Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Actively engage in day-to-day HR tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for employees.

Manage employee benefits administration, leave of absence, and payroll coordination.

Oversee HR operations for field-based employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that accommodate the needs of a geographically dispersed workforce.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in different locations.

Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment by "wrapping your arms around the team" and offering hands-on assistance.

Communicate effectively with the team, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Advocate for the team by speaking up and providing solutions when challenges arise.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a focus on hands-on day-to-day HR tasks.

Experience managing HR operations for multi-state, field-based employees.

Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and engage a diverse team.

Strong proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that can thrive in a "do-er" culture.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
