**Description**
We are looking for friendly, and hard-working customer care specialists to join our developing team. Those in this role will be responsible for answering incoming calls and electronic communication regarding subscriptions, entering new customer orders, answering product questions and taking payments, as well as making outbound calls to customers regarding their account or automatic renewal status.
**Responsibilities**
* Field incoming start and stop calls in a timely manner
* Respond to customer questions, concerns, and provide solutions to all customer queries
* Handle customer calls respectfully and professionally
* Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams as required
* Make outbound calls to customer regarding their account status or auto-renew details
* Ensure all voicemails and emails are answered in a timely fashion
* Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
* Collaborate with call center team, sales team, and other departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
* Meet or exceed call quotas and retention quotas, individually and as a team unit
* Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
* Perform duties and responsibilities with our customers satisfaction as your number one priority
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
* Call center customer service experience preferred
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Strong phone skills i.e. empathy, active listening
* Experience with MS Office
* Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally and internally
* Time management skills and ability to multitask
* Outgoing, friendly, energetic and compassionate personality
* Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or granted an accommodation based on disability or sincerely held religious belief
We have part-time (30 hours/week) positions available. All positions are eligible for PTO, Medical, Dental, and other benefits (described below).
Flexible schedules available M-F between 8am and 8pm. We are looking for candidates to start immediately and are currently offering the ability to work remotely. Well provide the necessary equipment for remote work, candidates are responsible for a reliable internet connection.
