We are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our Tampa Team. This position will be the on-site resource for day to day Human Resources and Office needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 0-3 years of experience, or a recent College Graduate who has preferably completed a HR internship. This position will offer opportunities for growth and advancement.

Job Purpose or Summary: As a human resources (HR) coordinator you will assist the HR manager with recruitment, on-boarding, benefits administration, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing, complete special projects, and help support our training and safety program. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing and identifying candidates, attending job fairs, performing reference checks, and preparing offer letters. Assist with performance management procedures. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Coordinate training and manage database to insure timely completion. Assist with management of safety program, and workman compensation claims. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. Support other assigned functions. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. *An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (required). Experience/Training:

2 years of experience as an HR coordinator. Professional Skills Effective HR administration and people management skills. Exposure to payroll practices. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Meticulous attention to detail. Soft Skills General social skills, capacity for teamwork, problem-solving competence, general project management, time- and self-management, coordination and organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical / Working Demands The work environment is a professional office environment where a conservative business dress code is in effect. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to type, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Equipment use includes computer, calculator, and telephone. Ability to understand both spoken and written directions and good vision required. Personal protective equipment required includes protective toed safety shoes and safety glasses with side shields (when on the manufacturing floor). Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety and environmental

policies/procedures.

Each employee is to place environment, health and safety requirements as the first priority in the performance of their work duties. An employee is responsible for notifying their immediate supervisor of a violation or deficiency in working conditions and for recommending corrective measures, if possible. Additionally, the employee’s immediate supervisor is to be notified of every injury or illness or near miss.
