Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiations skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience, required

Ten years of experience in operations management, ideally in a fast-paced technology, or professional services environment

Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies and processes

Salary Range Attivo offers a competitive base plus bonus, and opportunities for advancement. The starting salary range for the Director of Operations is approximately $125,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonus.
