Experience Marketplace Managers will play a critical role in curating experience packages for property teams to purchase. They will source vendors in local & national markets to fulfill these packages, and they will work with vendors to onboard them into our Marketplace. What you'll doSource local vendors and work with them to ensure experiences meet customer expectations while delivering in a scalable and sustainable mannerConduct prospecting for qualified Marketplace vendorsNegotiate vendor contractsPlan and oversee the execution of our Experience MarketplaceDevelop and oversee the Marketplace onboarding processLead and help with product training and enablement sessions for our vendorsLead enablement meetings with Account Managers to ensure sales goals are metAnalyze program performance data and make recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insightsPartner with Marketplace product manager to identify workflow improvements and software enhancements to help inform product needs in conjunction with HqO's development processWhat you bringCustomer obsessed and relationship drivenHave an entrepreneurial spiritAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyMotivated, professional, and flexible with the ability to react quickly when the need arisesAbility to work well in a team structure and independently when needed with a positive attitudeData-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinkingStrong negotiation skillsTop track record in outperforming targets in a sales environmentHospitality mindset, deeply passionate about user/customer experienceCurious and result driven, looking for continuous improvementsTeam-player; be the first to celebrate wins, but also share failureYou have working experience in tech or Saas based marketsPrevious Marketplace, Affiliate Marketing or Ad Sales experience preferred3-6+ years experience
