Project Planning and Scoping:

Develop commercial project plans including timelines, milestones, and resources required. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope and objectives. Client Communication:

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as facility managers, property owners, and building engineers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues that may affect timelines or budget. Selling:

Oversee the sales process from initial customer contact through installation, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Collaborate closely with our Field Supervisor to ensure projects are scoped accurately and executed efficiently. Budget Management:

Estimate project costs and prepare budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify work meets specifications. Ability to effectively read and understand mechanical plans and specifications. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues and conflicts that arise during project execution. Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting mechanical systems. Position yourself as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations based on industry expertise. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Prepare reports for stakeholders, summarizing project status, costs, and outcomes. Post-Project Evaluation:

Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Ensure completion of any outstanding tasks, documentation (manuals, reports, etc.), or client deliverables. Qualifications:

Engineering degree Minimum of 5 years experience Strong organizational skills Technical knowledge of commercial mechanical systems Effective communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction Benefits:
