  • Address issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting mechanical systems.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations based on industry expertise.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders, summarizing project status, costs, and outcomes.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure completion of any outstanding tasks, documentation (manuals, reports, etc.), or client deliverables.
Qualifications :
  • Engineering degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge of commercial mechanical systems
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction
